Starting around the end of January Jenna was not feeling well. The first week of Feb she was in and out of daycare due to running a fever. Finally on 2/3 she and I went to see Dr. Johnson. She was tested and we were told she had RSV. She picked up this lovely virus from daycare. There have been signs all over the building stating that several children had tested positive. Sunday the 6th was probably the worst day. We went to church but came home early. She fell asleep on the ride home. Once home I changed and nursed her and then put her back to bed at 11:30. She woke up at 2:30. Then the rest of the afternoon she sat on my lap and rested her head on my chest. She just laid there wide eyed. It was sad to see. However I enjoyed holding her for about 4 hours. She got a bath and then went to bed. The next day it was like she was cured! She had so much life and didn't want to nap. It almost wore mama out to keep up with her. This week she still has a runny nose but she is doing much better.
We are looking forward to V-day. Oma has made a very special outfit for Jenna to wear. It should be fun to dress her up! I have pictures to post but I will have to do that later.
